Biography: Once, while on holiday, I met this Spanish boy who could only speak Spanish. I can't speak Spanish so there wasn't all that much to talk about. But when it came to body language ' that was a completely different story. It was a very strange experience ' so delicate, so nice and intimate. It made me realize what a great deal of the most beautiful moments between a man and a woman are lost because of speech. The space in between us was sort of open and divine: non-congested and non-polluted with words. I had a feeling I'd never understood a man as well as him. The experience changed my whole attitude to communication ' nowadays I'm much more careful to all kinds of messages apart from words.
